If the size of the product you received does not fit your body type, we will accept exchange if the desired size is in stock in our online store.
In principle, we can only exchange the same item for a different size, and we cannot change to another item or accept returns. Please refrain from purchasing multiple sizes of items on the assumption that you will return or exchange them when you place your first order, as this may cause inconvenience to other customers. (If you have any questions about sizes, please feel free to contact us.)
If you would like to exchange sizes, please contact us immediately after receiving the product using the inquiry form.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and bank transfer charges related to the exchange.
*Worn only for trial fitting, the product can be replaced only if it is in a resalable condition. Please wear underwear to avoid direct contact with the skin when trying on the item.
*Exchanges of socks and base layers will not be accepted for hygienic reasons.
*Please refer to the list at the bottom of this page for other exchange conditions.
*We reserve the right to change or terminate the service without prior notice due to the test support. Please understand this beforehand.
If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from your order, we will take prompt action.
Please contact us using the Contact Us form within 5 days of receiving the product and return it to us. In-stock items will be replaced, and items that are not available will be refunded.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for any other reason.
The color of the actual product and the image may differ slightly due to lighting and shadows. Also, there may be a slight difference from the dimensions of the product to be delivered. Please understand this in advance.
We do not accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances for the following.
- Product that have been in the shop for more than 5 days after arrival.
- Product that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned.
- Product that have lost tags or accessories.
- Product with odors, stains, pet hair, scratches, etc.
